1. Agreement & age
These Terms govern your use of Snepu at webgames.snepu.com, operated by CHENGYUAN ZHENG. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. You must be at least 16 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorise your use and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Games may have additional age, regional or provider-specific requirements. Our service is a general-audience browser games and editorial website. No account or purchase is required for ordinary browsing.
2. Games, articles & third parties
Snepu provides game discovery, descriptions, editorial guides and links to browser games. Many games run in third-party iframes. Your browser connects to those providers when you open a player; the provider’s terms, privacy practices and technical requirements also apply. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability, controls, progress storage and compatibility can vary by game and device. Guides are general information and may not reflect every later game update. We may change, remove or restrict content for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
3. Intellectual property
Snepu’s original editorial content, page layouts, graphics and the Snepu name and logo belong to the operator or the relevant rights holder. Third-party games, artwork, music, code and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not transfer any rights to you.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the Site and access games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the relevant game licence. Without the rights holder’s prior written permission, you may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit or remove ownership notices from protected material. Statutory exceptions and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.

4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site unlawfully or submit illegal, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or deceptive material through any contact channel or embedded service.
- Do not introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, interfere with games or servers, bypass access restrictions or impersonate another person.
- Do not scrape, harvest, bulk download or automate requests in a way that breaches rights, bypasses controls or imposes an unreasonable burden. Search indexing permitted by applicable rules is subject to reasonable rate limits.
- Do not generate invalid ad impressions or clicks, click your own advertisements, use bots or encourage artificial advertising interaction.
- Do not collect other visitors’ personal information, misuse contact details, exploit game bugs to damage services or present third-party content as your own.
We may restrict access proportionately where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached or security is at risk, subject to applicable law.
5. Advertising & relationship with Google
Snepu is funded by advertisements delivered through Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX), including Google AdSense demand. Google and advertisers are independent third parties. Snepu is not owned, endorsed or operated by Google, and does not control each advertisement’s creative content, claims, linked destination or Google’s independent data processing.
An advertisement is not our endorsement or guarantee of a product, service or advertiser. Transactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for third-party advertising content, purchases or resulting loss; this does not remove responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Report misleading or inappropriate ads using their reporting controls or contact us with the page URL and details.
Advertising and cookie practices, vendor disclosures and opt-out routes are explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not require you to click advertisements to use our editorial pages.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, guides and linked or embedded games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation, or that every third-party statement is accurate or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snepu and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or lost game progress arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or third-party content. Responsibility for direct loss is limited to loss reasonably foreseeable and caused by our breach of a duty we legally owe you.
No provision limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. If a limitation is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted.
8. Applicable law & disputes
The governing law and competent courts are determined by applicable conflict-of-law, jurisdiction and mandatory consumer-protection rules. These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence or a right to bring proceedings before a court available to you under applicable law.

If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring the matter before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or prevent complaints to a regulator.
9. Changes, notices & contact
We may revise these Terms when the service, legal requirements or business practices change. The updated version and date appear on this page. We will highlight material changes on the Site before they take effect where legally required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
